How do I get a quote for specific delivery?
Provide us with information of the size, quanitity and frequency of delivery via email and we will be in contact with you.
How do I know where my delivery is?
We provide you with a tracking number so that you can check to see where your freight/appliances are at all times.
What kind of e-commerce stores to you offer your 3PL Services to?
We offer our 3PL Services to any e-commerce store that sells products under the 20KG limit (Per Product), we also do not store, dispatch or deliver any dangerous goods or any goods that contain lithium batteries.
We ship a lot of products internationally, can you assist us with that?
While Velox Transport does not utilise their own fleet for international deliveries, we utilise our partnerships to forward the freight to well established carriers. We will also manage and overlook the process for you ensure it all runs in a smooth and efficient manner.
Does Velox Transport pickup the freight from a nominated address?
Velox transport is based in NSW, we can pickup any delivery from Greater Sydney and get it delivered locally, nationally and internationally.
Are the fleets sent accompanied with supervisor?
Yes, all our fleets are managed by dedicated supervisors who ensure all drivers are abiding by WH&S safety and compliance as well as compliance with your company's requirements.
I need space to store my inventory for the next year, are you able to assist with that?
Storage falls within our 3PL services and we can organise an agreement for it. However, please note that we do not store any dangerous goods.
How much notice do you need for OSH enquiries?
We require notice of at least 3 Business days for any OSH enquiries
